PHARMACIST - Parksville We are seeking a part time Pharmacist to join Pure Integrative and Choices Markets team in our Parksville location. We are seeking a person that can provide an outstanding customer experience and assist our community in taking control of their health. You will be responsible for: Ensuring all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management Day-to-day pharmacy operations Practicing within federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements, provincial Code of Ethics, standards set by the College of Pharmacists BC, and Pure Company policies Ensuring all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management Promoting health and wellness, and educating customers and as appropriate, engaging with customers both in and outside the store Maintaining records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy Providing timely and positive resolutions and advice to customer needs Ensuring all Pharmacy team members comply with the uniform policy Oversight of current stock levels and medication orders from the wholesaler Remaining current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry. Ensuring sustainable growth of the pharmacy business Creating a strong work ethic and patient-centered care culture Ensuring the pharmacy team works cohesively to complete necessary activities Qualifications and Experience Required: BC Pharmacy license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists. Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll. Experience with compounding would be considered an asset What you will need to succeed in this role: Strong sense of professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong collaboration skills to work in concert with our Wellness Team You are values driven.
