The manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating daily restaurant operations and supervising a team of 11-15 people. Key duties include managing inventory, balancing cash reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience and between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with electronic cash registers and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment are required.
