YOUR MISSION Reporting to the VP, Global Partnerships, you will be responsible for the daily management of relationships with global and national mid-size accounts and play a key role in delivering successful partnership campaigns. As part of the larger Global Partnerships team at Cirque du Soleil, the Account Manager will be an integral part of the team from day-to-day management of assigned partner accounts (largely in North America) to representing partnership to other internal teams and supporting on special requests, events and needs as arise. Responsibilities Include Developing and maintain relationships with your partner accounts and their teams, becomming a trusted advisor to execute successful programs aligned with both brand and Cirque goals. Manage full scope of contractual elements such as: custom content, marketing, digital and social media, activations, hospitality programs and promotions. Building partnership campaigns alongside strategy team to deliver year-round campaign plans. Ensuring all elements are delivered on time and in budget by directly overseeing timelines, requests, vendors, workback schedules and deadlines, regular comms and ad hoc needs as arise. Working across internal teams to oversee execution of contracted elements within the Cirque ecosystem (shows, digital, marketing, pr, etc). Fostering, developing and maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, contractors, freelancers, etc. Staying up to date on industry-related new, trends, relevant client advancements and business news Complete other job-related duties as assigned. YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE A bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field; A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in sponsorships or related field, particularly in the management of national and/or global accounts (agency experience a plus); Good knowledge of best practices in the field of sponsorships; A proven track-record of project planning, project management, client management and organization skills; Very good judgment and priority management; Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment; An excellent team spirit, collaboration and proactive approach; Great written and verbal communication in English (French a plus) ; Available to travel 5% of the time for special events and client activations To keep pace with the creation, production and distribution of our products, our employer proposal is unique.HERE IS AN OVERVIEW A hybrid work model (4 days in-office and 1 day remote) that promotes team collaboration and scheduling flexibility.
