We are looking for a senior finance professional with strong bookkeeping, QuickBooks, Excel, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow, forecasting, and AI automation experience. The Senior Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Analyst will maintain accurate bookkeeping records and support monthly financial statements and management reporting. They will also assist with cash flow tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis while coordinating with external tax and accounting firms.

Exigences

Candidates should have over 10 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience and a Certified Professional Bookkeeper designation. Strong skills in QuickBooks, advanced Excel, financial statement preparation, and experience with AI in finance workflows are also required.
