Company Description The City of Campbell River is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team. Job Description The Role: As part of the Police Services team, reporting to the RCMP Municipal Manager and working directly under the supervision of the Police Services Supervisor, the Facility Services Worker is directly responsible for custodial and facility services duties at the Police and Public Safety Building providing seven (7) day per week coverage. What we offer: The rate of pay for this CUPE bargaining unit position is $34.34 per hour. Hours of Work: This position's schedule works five (5) days a week, four (4) hour shifts equating to twenty (20) hours per week. Facilities Services Worker - Police Services - Job Description Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have: High school graduation or equivalent. Building Service Worker I and II (BSW I and II) Certification. Current Level 1 Occupational First Aid Certificate, including adult CPR certification. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s licence, and produce and maintain a clean driver’s abstract, as per City policy. Minimum six (6) months previous work experience in a janitorial position. The successful candidate will be required to pass and maintain RCMP Reliability Security Clearance. Exigences
