POSTING TYPE: External & Internal POSITION TYPE: Casual HOURS OF WORK: On an as needed basis DEPARTMENT RCMP HOURLY RATE $35.85 per hour, Pay Grade 2 – Schedule “B” Outside Employees ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION * Grade 12 Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE * N/A SPECIFIC SKILLS * Successful completion of Jail Supervisor Training Procedures * Successful completion of basic fist aid with CPR * WHMIS * Computer literate (good working knowledge of computers and applications) * Ability to read, write and comprehend written orders * English Language essential SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 19 years of age * Canadian Citizen * Good physical condition * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain and RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance * Ability to utilize the utmost discretion is of paramount importance due to the confidential nature of information the Jail Supervisor is exposed to in relation to duties CLOSING DATE: 09/21/2026

Exigences

Candidates must possess a Grade 12 Diploma or GED and have successfully completed Jail Supervisor training, first aid, and CPR. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, Canadian citizens, and capable of obtaining an RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance.
