Brief Description Key Holder The Key Holder is responsible for supporting daily store operations and providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining company standards. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to work independently during solo coverage shifts. Key Responsibilities Open and close the store following all company procedures and security standards. Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement. Perform ear piercings confidently and safely, with a minimum of 2 months of piercing experience required. Manage the store independently during solo coverage, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including daily cleaning tasks, merchandising standards, and recovery. Follow all company expectations regarding store presentation, cleanliness, and operational compliance. Support inventory management, replenishment, and stock organization as assigned. Demonstrate professionalism and accountability while representing the brand. Receive, accept, and apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance and support team success. Assist in creating a positive, respectful, and productive work environment for customers and colleagues. Qualifications Minimum of 2 months of ear piercing experience. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during solo shifts. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable handling store opening/closing duties and cash management procedures. Willingness to learn, grow, and actively apply coaching and feedback. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
