This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused initially on strengthening and automating our mobile delivery platform. You may come from mobile engineering, Mobile DevOps, build engineering, or release engineering. What matters most is that you have real-world experience shipping Android or iOS applications to production and are excited to take deeper ownership of the CI/CD, automation, and engineering practices behind reliable mobile delivery. As our delivery platform matures, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute your mobile engineering expertise more broadly. If you enjoy solving complex mobile delivery challenges while staying close to engineering, we’d love to hear from you. Troubleshoot complex mobile build, signing, pipeline, and store-deployment issues while improving reliability, security, monitoring, build performance, and developer experience. Partner with Mobile Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to establish scalable delivery practices and contribute to broader mobile engineering initiatives as the platform evolves. What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of relevant experience across mobile software development, Mobile DevOps, build engineering, release engineering, or related areas. Experience with mobile signing and release requirements, such as certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, secrets management, and store submission. Strong software development or scripting skills using Swift, Kotlin, Bash, Python, or similar technologies, with an interest in mobile delivery automation and developer tooling. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive delivery while remaining hands-on. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, QA, security, and product teams.
