As a Technical Product Manager – Cardiac, you will help shape technology solutions supporting cardiac clinical research and complex cardiac data and workflows. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, clinical expertise, technology, and product strategy, partnering with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to translate specialized clinical requirements into effective software solutions. Lead product discovery by engaging customers and stakeholders to understand cardiac clinical-trial workflows, data requirements, user needs, and opportunities for product improvement. Translate complex cardiac, clinical, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear product requirements and intuitive software experiences. Partner closely with engineering, UX, clinical, operations, data, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business priorities. Use customer feedback, product data, market insights, and defined success metrics to prioritize opportunities and guide product decisions. Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively across technical, clinical, and business stakeholders. What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of proven Product Management experience leading software or technology products through discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement. Proven experience in cardiac or cardiology technology, cardiac clinical trials, or closely related clinical-trial solutions involving cardiac data, workflows, or endpoints. Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with engineering, data, and other technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable product solutions. Demonstrated ability to lead product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional decision-making. Strong customer focus, communication, stakeholder management, and ability to make informed decisions in complex or ambiguous environments. Experience working with Agile product development methodologies and in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, medical technology, or similarly regulated environments. Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
