Senior Financial Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid — 3 days in office) Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 Industry: Manufacturing About the Opportunity Our client is a manufacturing company, with global operations. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Accounting Manager. You will own the treasury reporting cycle — including the 13-week cash flow forecast and monthly bank covenant compliance reporting — while also acting as a second set of eyes on operational results and supporting the integrity of month-end close. Key Responsibilities Own the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast and the week-over-week forecast-to-actual variance analysis, reporting on drivers Prepare monthly bank covenant compliance reporting and supporting MD&A across a multi-bank, ratio-based debt structure Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate out-of-balance positions through to resolution Support month-end close, partnering with the Accounting Manager to shorten a close cycle Review operational results with a manufacturing lens — challenge variances, costing outcomes, and inventory movements, and escalate what doesn't look right Partner with the FP&A team on reporting Contribute to the ongoing ERP phase-in and reporting build-out, improving how information moves What You Bring CPA designation or in progress Approximately 5 years of progressive finance experience, either as a Financial Analyst ready to step up or an existing Senior Financial Analyst Manufacturing industry experience — required; you understand costing, absorption, inventory, and plant variances Strong variance analysis and P&L literacy, with an operational rather than theoretical orientation Exposure to cash flow forecasting, bank reporting, or covenant compliance Next Steps We do appreciate all interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
