Résumé du poste
Employment Type: Contract (4 months, targeting wrap-up by early November) Location: Remote — North America Rate: $90 to $100/hr Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Tech-Enabled Managed Services Position Type: New Role About the Opportunity Our client is a tech-enabled managed services organization serving legal, financial, and professional-services firms, with nearly 5,000 employees operating across North America and Asia. Formed through the recent merger of three legacy businesses and backed by institutional private equity, the organization is consolidating onto a single Workday tenant to build the HR technology backbone for continued growth and acquisition. Phase one is live across all three entities, but the environment needs a strong technical hand. The original systems lead departed shortly after go-live, and the team has been leaning on an external implementation partner to fill the gap. This role brings that expertise in-house — the hands-on-keyboard Workday technical resource who audits what's been built, hardens the foundation, and moves the organization into phase two. You'll own the technical build across reporting, configuration, and new module rollouts, acting as the subject-matter expert that functional and IT teams turn to. This is a build-and-optimize mandate with real complexity from a three-way integration and the autonomy to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Conduct a full audit of the current Workday tenant — configuration, business processes, condition rules, security, and integrations — to validate integrity and surface issues from a rushed, multi-phase go-live Build out reporting infrastructure, including advanced and custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and scorecards for reliable, self-serve HR and leadership insight Configure and maintain the business process framework, including condition rules, validations, notifications, and approval routing Design and administer security, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and routine access audits Configure and deploy phase-two modules, including Advanced Compensation, Performance/Talent, and Learning, moving from out-of-the-box toward tailored, production-ready builds Partner with temporary data stewards on data cleanup, auditing, and mapping across three legacy source systems Handle ongoing hands-on configuration requests — workflow changes, fixes, enhancements — so the internal team isn't dependent on the external integrator Build with scalability in mind, keeping the tenant ready to absorb future entities and acquisitions Serve as the Workday technical SME bridging HR, functional teams, and IT What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on, technical Workday configuration experience — this is a systems/technical role, not an HR generalist who has used Workday Deep proficiency with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and dashboard/discovery board creation Strong command of the business process framework, condition rules, validations, and security configuration Experience with data loads and integrations (EIB), plus comfort working through messy, multi-source data cleanup and mapping Hands-on configuration experience across HCM modules, ideally including Advanced Compensation, Performance/Talent, and/or Learning Track record supporting or executing a Workday implementation or multi-entity/M&A tenant consolidation Self-directed and able to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous, post-merger environment Next Steps We do appreciate all interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Clarity Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible recruitment process and workplace. If you require accommodation, please let us know in advance and we will work with you to meet your needs. Please note: We use AI-assisted tools for notetaking during the screening process.
