We Are Hiring: Residential / House Cleaner (Full-Time $19/hr Start + Tips) We are Clean Club Calgary, one of the larger and most caring cleaning companies in the city. What You Will Love About Us: Starting at $19/hour plus tips Clean Club Calgary is a fair wage provider, available within 9 months of employment Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime only (32–40 hrs/week) Work solo or in teams of two, depending on the job We provide all cleaning tools and supplies Paid gas reimbursement paid semimonthly via direct deposit Health & dental benefits, retirement plan, and stat holiday pay 2 weeks paid vacation plus 4 weeks of unpaid vacation if you need it 1 week paid training Monthly team lunches, quarterly team building events, ongoing training, and lots of support We believe a great attitude and hard work always lead to more, higher pay, more opportunities, and genuine appreciation. You will need: Your own vehicle and a valid class 5 driver’s license To be comfortable working on your own or with a partner To care about doing a great job and treating people kindly Responsibilities: Perform cleaning tasks to company standards using provided checklists and procedures Deliver consistent, high-quality service that meets customer satisfaction expectations Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes Communicate clearly with the team and report any issues, delays, or concerns promptly Experience is not necessary.
