Clean Harbors in Guelph, ON is seeking an Emergency Response/Field Service Supervisor reporting directly to the Branch Manager. to oversee and coordinate the activities of our field service team to ensure efficient and effective service to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prioritize Health, Safety & Compliance - Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner. * Coordinate field service and emergency response projects, including personnel, equipment, resources, and timelines. * Manage work orders, permits, confined-space entries, and job documentation. * Lead safety meetings and provide direction and training to technicians and operators. * Liaise with customers and Project Managers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. * Oversee site remediation, equipment decontamination, and hazardous materials handling. * Conduct equipment and site inspections and correct safety or operational deficiencies. * Participate in rotating on-call emergency response and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. QUALIFICATIONS * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Environmental field service supervisory/management experience. * Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat cleanup, and confined-space operations preferred. * Available for on-call emergency response leadership. * Proven project management experience, including vendor coordination, issue resolution, and documentation review. * Strong professional communication and customer service skills. * Physically capable of working in confined spaces and performing job-related duties. * Ability to successfully complete background, drug, and physical assessments. 40-years of sustainability in action.
