This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same?you?ll be helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property damage. If you?re motivated, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect fit. This is a *full-time position* with competitive wages based on experience, certifications, and skill level. We also provide ongoing training and opportunities to grow your career. *What You'll Do:* * Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleanup. * Remove and replace damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and insulation. * Assist with repairs (e.g., drywall, mudding, painting, trim work). * Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers. * Perform asbestos/lead removal-related duties, including assisting with containment setup, cleanup, and disposal following company and regulatory safety procedures. * Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination.
