You'll start by owning program solutions and budgets, then grow into delivery accountability, cross-functional leadership, and practice growth. What you'll be doing: Design and budget complex program solutions, including measure strategies, structure, and pricing. Build proposals and financial models that align with delivery capability and margin targets. Ensure solutions stay feasible and on-track from design through implementation, partnering with delivery teams. Lead cross-functional teams (BD, delivery, engineering, product, IT, marketing) through influence, not authority. Standardize solution-design best practices and mentor junior consultants. Track DSM, electrification, and DER trends; shape offerings with Product and Engineering. Support pricing strategy and pipeline development to drive growth. What you bring: 7+ years in energy efficiency, DSM, or electrification (strong directly relevant experience considered in lieu of years). Hands-on experience budgeting and financially managing programs, including margin and profitability. Experience with DSM programs involving complex measure builds and delivery. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and comfort with regulated utility filings/evaluation frameworks. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. Preferred: Program/project management background. Experience scaling offerings across markets. Process/workflow design. AI or advanced analytics tools. Technical/analytical degree (engineering, economics, environmental science) Targeted Compensation: $55/h (equivalent to approximately $114,400 annually based on a 40-hour work week) Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements. Compensation Range $50.70 - $97.95 Currency CAD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
