We’re looking for a Technical Designer or Architectural Technologist who lives for the details, the coordination, the satisfaction of a perfectly drafted drawing set. You’ll have your hands in both the work and the systems behind it: creating and managing our technical details and well as our CAD/Revit standards. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our technical capabilities as we evolve from AutoCAD into Revit. What you’ll do Technical Design and Detailing: Collaborate with our designers, project managers, and construction leads to make sure the design intent is translated to our IFCs Drawing reviews; Quality control on our drawings and details before they hit the site Maintain and evolve our CAD and Revit templates, details, families, and best practices Support evolution of our drawing standards including transfer of CAD standards into Revit Support and mentor the design team technically — you’ll be the go-to for technical details, CAD/Revit questions and model troubleshooting What you bring 5–10 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technical Designer, ideally in corporate workplace or interior architecture Proven experience overseeing and coordinating construction documentation at a high level Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and applicable codes Advanced technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring and supporting others Comfort balancing hands-on technical work with process improvement and oversight Why this role matters Design is only as good as the drawings that make it real.
