BECA Santé is a multidisciplinary occupational therapy and kinesiology clinic located in Mascouche, specializing in functional capacity, work retention and return-to-work support. We support individuals who are off work, in gradual return-to-work, or experiencing functional difficulties that may compromise job retention due to mental or physical health conditions: burnout, anxiety, musculoskeletal disorders, persistent fatigue and deconditioning. We also provide preventive interventions to stabilize functioning before disability occurs. Our approach focuses on objectively identifying capacities and securing sustainable activity participation by developing: • physical and cognitive tolerance to effort • energy management • emotional regulation in activity and work contexts • job adaptation strategies • functional autonomy at work We collaborate with employers, insurers, prevention mutuals and referring professionals (including workers’ compensation cases) to support clinical decision-making, reduce risk of work absence and promote sustainable work participation.
