You will be trained in the treatment protocol and in the sale of products from our major brands. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by the professionals of the well-being. Challenger/Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa's turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers You will Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Monde or Payot Welcome clients and organise the treatment schedule Perform different types of treatments (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stone, Balinese treatments, etc.) according to the guidelines of the resort's assets with which Club Med works Ensure the promotion, advice and sale of services and care products to develop the Spa's revenue Work in collaboration with the other services in the Resort (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.) Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets. You will welcome clients and organize the treatment schedule while performing various types of treatments according to the resort's guidelines. Additionally, you will promote and sell services and care products to enhance the Spa's revenue.
