General dishwasher and cleaner

The General dishwasher and cleaner works under normal supervision of the Charge hand, Supervisor or Manager. Coordinate daily dishwashing helps during peak hours. As a General dishwasher and cleaner, your key responsibilities include: Responsible for dishwashing machine operation and reports to supervisor any malfunction of machine; Removes waste, cutlery and dishes from trays. Sorts cutlery and dishes and places in special washing trays or in stacks; Loads and unloads machine with washing trays and places serving trays and plates on belts; Removes washed dishes from conveyor, places in mobile trucks, moves mobile trucks to using location an places dishes in using units; Cleans floor in dishwashing area; Prepares garbage and food residues for disposal; Removes garbage; Performs daily maintenance cleaning; Performs any other related tasks as assigned. Operate dishwashing machinery to clean trays, dishes, and cutlery while maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area. Responsible for waste removal and performing daily maintenance cleaning tasks.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three months of equivalent experience is required.
