Joining our team as Director of Program Management is a unique opportunity to address complex business challenges while shaping the future of the aerospace and defense industry. You will oversee a team of program managers, driving the execution of the business unit's plan at both strategic and operational levels. As Director of progam management, your key responsibilities will include: Establishment and implementation of effective governance structures required to oversee and manage the team of Program Managers Leading a team of Program Managers by setting priorities for engineering, operations, foterring a sense of engagement while motivating the team Actively supporting the development of his team members with coaching and challenge in customer understanding, sales, GMs, customer intimacy, technical understanding etc Monitoring the functioning of the customer service department in relation to his program and business unit Establishment and tracking of KPIs to assess and report programs performance, build and execute recovery plans when needed How To Excel In This Role A minimum of 12 years experience leading programs and teams in aerospace industry Bachelor of Engineering with MBA as an asset Bilingual (written and verbal) Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills – could present to C-Level audience. Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities and deadlines What Sets You Apart You are self-starter and biased for action You have a strong business acumen Adept at leading teams in a matrix, international, and multicultural environment.
