About the role Join the CRM Platform team, in the Advisor, Software Engineering position, where you will act as a senior technical and delivery advisor guiding the evolution of enterprise CRM solutions. In this role, you will bring deep expertise across software engineering, solution architecture, and complex project delivery to help shape the direction of the CRM platform and support business‑critical initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will help ensure disciplined execution, strong alignment across workstreams, and the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure ecosystem. What you'll do: * Act as a senior technical advisor for the CRM Platform team, providing leadership across solution design, delivery approaches, and architectural alignment. * Guide and influence multi‑stream initiatives spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and data migration efforts for multiple business lines. * Partner with product owners, architects, and project delivery leads to translate complex business needs into effective, end‑to‑end technical solutions. * Review and shape solution architectures, integration patterns, and delivery plans to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and long‑term platform strategy. * Provide oversight and direction across concurrent workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and cross‑team impacts. * Partner closely with business stakeholders to build trusted relationships, understand strategic objectives, and provide guidance on technology options, trade‑offs, and delivery approaches to support informed decision‑making. * Contribute to defining and evolving technical standards, delivery frameworks, and governance practices for the CRM Platform team. * Mentor and guide technical staff and delivery teams, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. What you should have: * An undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. * A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in software engineering, with progressive responsibility across solution delivery, architecture, and technical leadership roles. * Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including enterprise customizations, integrations, and platform‑wide design considerations. * Deep experience with cloud‑native and integration platforms, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and event‑driven or API‑based architectures. * A strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), including risk management, secure design, and compliance obligations. * Demonstrated experience leading or influencing complex, multi‑stream technology initiatives, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor across business and technology stakeholders in large, enterprise environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions, build trust, and advise senior leaders in complex environments. It would be great if you also had: * Hands‑on experience developing solutions using .NET (C#), Visual Studio, and modern development frameworks. * A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
