Riverbend Co-op is hiring an Ag Solutions Summer Student in Tullis, SK to join our team for the 2027 season. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in agriculture to gain hands-on experience, spend time in the field, work alongside our Ag team, and build practical skills that connect directly to local producers and our communities. What you’ll do: Reporting to the Ag Solutions Sales and Operations Manager, you’ll be part of the day-to-day work that keeps our Ag Solutions division moving. You’ll support our team, assist customers, and get exposure to the busy and rewarding pace of the spring and summer ag season. * Work with our agronomist and sales team while learning about crop planning, troubleshooting, fertility, and crop protection recommendations * Build confidence working directly with customers, producers, and internal team members * Assist with general inquiries, transactions, and daily operational support * Support field trials and gain real-world exposure to crop production and agronomy work * Take part in training and development opportunities, with potential to grow into future opportunities with the Riverbend Ag team * Other duties as required Who you are: You’re curious about agriculture, enjoy learning by doing, and are interested in building experience in a hands-on role. You also bring: * Current enrolment in post-secondary education in Agronomy, Ag Business, Plant Science, Soil Science, or a related program * Previous agriculture experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn and get involved is just as important * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives At Co-op, we embrace diversity and inclusion, and we’re working to create a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
