Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a C-Store Manager on a Full-Time permanent basis at our C-Store based in Raymore, SK. Last Mountain Co-op serves in the communities of Raymore, Punnichy, Govan, Semans and Nokomis. What you’ll do: * Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day. * Responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar and c-store functions. * Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards. * Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits. * Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety. * Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: * Have 4-6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience. Previous Co-op and or Gas Bar/C-Store experience would be considered and asset. * Have a high school diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). * Propane Dispenser Certificate (or willingness to obtain) * You are honest and trustworthy. Candidates need 4-6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, and a high school diploma. A Propane Dispenser Certificate is required or the willingness to obtain one.
