To learn more about who we are, visit www.discoveryco-op.crs What you’ll do: • Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Glaslyn Department. • Perform duties and responsibilities of a cashier. • Maintain shelf label information, prices & PLU codes and best before codes for all merchandise. • Assist with receiving, pricing and displaying of merchandise. • Perform other duties assigned. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail and: * Must be under age 18 and actively attending high school and registered in class or classes * If ages 14 or 15, must have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. * Able to stand for extended periods, demonstrate good manual dexterity, and safely lift up to 50 lbs. * Co‑operative retail experience is considered an asset.
