To learn more about who we are, visit www.discoveryco-op.crs What you’ll do: • Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Glaslyn Department. • Perform duties and responsibilities of a cashier. • Maintain shelf label information, prices & PLU codes and best before codes for all merchandise. • Assist with receiving, pricing and displaying of merchandise. • Perform other duties assigned. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail and: * Must be under age 18 and actively attending high school and registered in class or classes * If ages 14 or 15, must have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives. * Able to stand for extended periods, demonstrate good manual dexterity, and safely lift up to 50 lbs. * Co‑operative retail experience is considered an asset. The clerk will provide customer-focused service, operate as a cashier, and maintain accurate shelf labels and pricing. Additionally, they will assist with receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise within the store.

Candidates must be under 18 years old and currently attending high school. They must be able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
