Supervisor Permanent Part Time West Broadway C-store What you’ll do: Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here." This will be accomplished by: * Supervising and delegating employee workflow and duties, while ensuring all staff are following safety standards, and Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures. * Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process. * Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching * Onboarding and training new staff * Demonstrating leadership in the operation of cash registers, and fuel pumps * Assisting with interviews as needed * General Gas Bar duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operating POS system, dispensing fuel, etc. Why it Matters: Legacy Co-op provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Who you are: You are interested in a career in Customer Service/Leadership and: * Considered an asset to have prior supervisory experience (not mandate) * You have above-average communication skills and computer skills * You have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising * Considered an asset to be knowledgeable of Gas Bar operations * Willing to actively learn and expand knowledge of Gas Bar Operations * You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do * You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends * You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives * You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel Reports to: Denise Hemphil, Store Manager Apply by: September 11th, 2026 @ 5 pm Employees interested in this position are to inform their supervisor of their intentions before they approach the contact person.
