PT Bakery Production Assistant (Attridge Food #321) Saskatoon, SK - Saskatoon Co-op

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: 1. To perform slicing and packaging duties for breads and buns. 2. To fry and finish doughnuts in the prescribed manner. 3. To finish tarts, pies, etc. in the prescribed manner. 4. To assist in bench work on cookies and other dough. 5. To maintain required records in the work area, including preparation of production sheets as prescribed. 6. To take bakery orders from customers and prepare accurate invoices for those good. 7. To observe and maintain system sanitation standards and practices, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work area clean and neat. 8. To assist in other duties as assigned. 9. To follow departmental security policies. Qualifications * Must be strongly service-oriented, motivated and capable of serving customers in a courteous and efficient manner. * Must have capability to operate the required equipment for the preparation, merchandising and sale of Bakery products. * Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. *a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. The Bakery Production Assistant is responsible for preparing, finishing, and packaging bakery items while maintaining sanitation standards. They also assist customers with orders and ensure accurate invoicing for bakery products.

Candidates must be service-oriented and capable of operating bakery equipment in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
