Ref#: M27 We invite applications for the NEW position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner, in the Human Resources Department at our Administration Building, located in Saskatoon, SK. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, responsibilities for the position include the following: Leader Coaching, Employee Support & HR Advisory * Provide first-level HR advice to leaders on employee relations, attendance, performance, and policy interpretation * Coach leaders on employee conversations, documentation, and people-management best practices * Support consistent application of HR policies and programs * Assist with conflict resolution and workplace issue management, including escalation of complex risks to HRBP / Labour Relations Attendance & Disability Management Coordination * Coordinate attendance management tracking, correspondence, and records * Support leaders with attendance expectations, meeting prep, and follow-up * Coordinate administrative steps for disability, accommodation, and return-to-work cases * Maintain confidential case documentation and escalate complex matters to HRBP Employee and Labour Relations & Workplace Support * Support leaders and employees with routine workplace concerns and policy questions * Participate in employee meetings, including documentation and action tracking * Support routine fact-finding and implementation of corrective actions * Partner with HRBPs and Labour Relations to provide context and ensure consistent, respectful HR support HR Reporting, HRIS & Workforce Administration * Generate routine and ad hoc reports on attendance, turnover, and workforce data * Maintain HRIS data integrity and support employee lifecycle transactions * Maintain confidential employee records and ensure accurate filing * Identify data trends and recommend improvements to HR service delivery HR Administration, Programs & Continuous Improvement * Prepare HR correspondence, forms, and meeting materials * Support HR projects, audits, compliance, and process improvements * Assist with updates to HR tools, templates, and SOPs * Provide backup HR coordination support as needed Qualifications: * Undergraduate Degree in Business or Social Sciences, preference for a Human Resources Major. * Minimum 8+ Years of HR Generalist experience in a unionized setting, mentoring HR professionals. * Experience in Talent Management and Employee Relations * CPHR Designation is preferred Deadline: September 7, 2026 Saskatoon Co-op is here to serve our members with products and services that help build, feed and fuel individuals and communities.
