In this role, you will provide essential administrative, reception, and claims support, helping ensure claims are managed efficiently and clients receive outstanding service. As one of the first points of contact for our office, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients, vendors, and visitors through professional and responsive customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment, thrives on organization and accuracy, and takes pride in supporting others. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to file management, document preparation, billing administration, and client service while working closely with experienced insurance professionals. What You'll Do Key responsibilities include: Provide administrative and claims support to a team of adjusters. Prepare, proofread, and process reports, correspondence, invoices, and other claim-related documents. Open, maintain, and update electronic claim files and information systems. Support billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment processing activities. Coordinate claim-related documentation, requests, and supporting information. Deliver professional reception and customer service to clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Help ensure claims files are managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for the office by professionally greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and responding to general inquiries. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and priority post. What You'll Bring Administrative or office support experience, preferably within insurance, legal, financial, or other professional services environments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, and business documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong data entry and keyboarding skills. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
