Your Role as Sales Assistant Our Sales Assistants are the heart of our bakery, delivering a unique and delightful customer experience. We are looking for friendly individuals to assist our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile and delicious bread. While no prior experience is required, we are seeking people who excited to learn, be engaged and have a positive attitude! Closing shifts are a great challenge as you have special responsibilities for the care and maintenance of our bakery all the while ensuring highest standards of customer service. What Your Day Looks Like: Work closely with your team to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Engage with customers to discover their favorite products and assist in their selections. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bakery while promoting current marketing initiatives. Learn how to assist with bread and pastry production during quieter times, giving you a well-rounded experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent hand usage and some lifting of bakery products (up to 22 kg). Comfortable navigating an active bakery environment that includes bending and reaching where needed.
