Your Role as Sales Assistant Our Sales Assistants are the heart of our bakery, delivering a unique and delightful customer experience. We are looking for friendly individuals to assist our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile and delicious bread. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn, be engaged and a positive attitude! What Your Day Looks Like: Work closely with your team to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Engage with customers to discover their favorite products and assist in their selections. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bakery while promoting current marketing initiatives. Learn how to assist with bread and pastry production during quieter times, giving you a well-rounded experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent hand usage and some lifting of bakery products (up to 22 kg). Comfortable navigating an active bakery environment that includes bending and reaching where needed. Sales Assistants are the core of the bakery, responsible for delivering a delightful customer experience by assisting patrons with product selection and ensuring they leave satisfied. Team members will also work closely with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and assist with cleaning and potentially production during slower periods.

The ideal candidate must possess a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service, although no prior experience is required. Candidates should be self-motivated team players eager to learn new skills and capable of physical tasks like standing for long periods and lifting up to 22 kg.
