Colas Canada is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the organization's total rewards strategy through the administration, analysis, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, pension, and reward programs. Based in North York, Ontario, this role supports programs that are competitive, equitable, compliant, and consistently applied. The analyst will maintain data integrity, contribute to automation and system enhancements, and provide reliable insights that support informed decision-making across participating companies. Partner with employees, managers, HR representatives, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and strengthen service delivery. Build practical experience with system implementation, data migration, reconciliation, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation stabilization. What Success Looks Like Within the first 12 months, you will: Improve the accuracy and completeness of benefits, pension, compensation, and job-profile data through structured audits and validation. Support reliable administration of eligibility files, annual compensation processes, vendor platforms, invoices, and employee communications. Document workflows and maintain clear procedures, standard operating procedures, and templates. Contribute to successful Total Rewards system enhancements, integrations, migrations, testing, and stabilization activities. Identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, consistency, and automation. What You Will Support Benefits and pension administration: Audit program data; manage and validate demographic eligibility files; identify discrepancies; support first-tier escalations; maintain vendor eligibility files; update communications; and review invoices and spending. Compensation administration: Support the annual merit and bonus cycle; respond to inquiries and escalations; monitor compensation and job changes in vendor platforms; maintain the job-profile database; conduct job evaluations and market analysis; prepare salary-survey submissions; and support pay equity and pay-transparency compliance. Total Rewards systems and continuous improvement: Support policy, process, and system enhancements; cleanse, standardize, map, reconcile, and validate data; participate in user acceptance testing; test automated processes and integrations; investigate issues; and recommend improvements. What You Bring A minimum of a college diploma in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits and Pension, Human Resources, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Three to less than five years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits and pension, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience with benefits and pension administration, vendor management, benefits renewals, and administrative practices. Familiarity with benefits and pension legislation and payroll integration for benefits and pension contributions. Experience with HRIS-enabled benefits automation and vendor platforms, preferably including SAP. Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify data, calculations, eligibility, deductions, documentation, and system outputs. The ability to manage competing priorities, respond to inquiries, investigate discrepancies, and communicate clearly with employees, HR representatives, managers, and vendors. Additional Assets Experience with compensation surveys, competitive market analysis, job evaluation, job mapping, pay equity, or pay transparency. Experience supporting HRIS implementations, integrations, migrations, data reconciliation, user acceptance testing, or automated workflows. Job Posting Information This is a fixed-term position for a period of 18 months. This position is expected to have annual compensation between $75,000- 85,000 CAD. This posting is for a new role.
