Project Manager - Capital Markets

The expected base salary range for this position is $80/Hr - $84/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. All hiring decisions involve human review and are not based solely on automated processing.s Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience leading Agile projects within the Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring successful project execution. Experience in the Banking domain and Vendor Management is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables. Track project progress, manage risks, resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Drive continuous process improvement and promote Agile best practices across teams. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project governance. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Support release planning, resource planning, and dependency management across multiple teams. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality processes, and project governance. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master. Strong experience delivering projects within the Capital Markets domain. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and change management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Banking domain. Experience with Vendor Management, including coordinating with third-party vendors and managing deliverables. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and/or PMP certification is a plus. Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Requires over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master with a strong background in Capital Markets. Proficiency in Agile frameworks and experience with banking or vendor management is highly desired.
