ComForcare Home Care (Toronto-Central)

ComForcare Toronto-Central provides premier home-care services in the Toronto area. Besides our personal support staff being certified, bonded and insured, they are carefully selected for their skill, compassion and their passion for caring for people. We provide support with; personal care and hygiene, chores, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, accompanying people to social activities or appointments, medication reminders, hospital companionship, respite care for families caring for a loved one at home. We also offer our "Transition of Care Program” (for people leaving the hospital who need temporary support at home after discharge). We serve people of all ages, in a variety of settings. From 4 hours a week, to 24 hour care. All cases are managed and supervised by an RN. We at ComForcare Toronto believe that quality personal support services enhance people’s sense of independence, make them feel safe, and give them back the freedom to live their lives more fully. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of every client and family that receives our services.
