Overview At Community First Solutions, our care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.
