Youth Soccer Coach & Soccer Equipment Driver

CSP is one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities! We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and kid-friendly Youth Soccer Coach who will also be responsible for transporting soccer equipment between our facilities using our vehicle. We are currently hiring for Youth Soccer Coaches who have experience working with children from ages 2 - 14. Preference for coaches with experience across a wider age range. Passionate about working with and engaging young children is a must. Availability on weekday evenings (between 4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (between 9am - 12pm on Saturday/ Sunday). Reliable and professional. Drive soccer equipment between our facilities Full, valid driver's license Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers. Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents. High energy individual who is physically fit and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 2+ hours Available to work through Summer and Winter seasons. Ideal Experience: Experience working with children ages 2 – 14years. Preference for experienced soccer coaches who are able to work with both Toddler and Youth ages Experience with other types of young child sports organizations (SportBall, City Camps, Pedalheads, etc.) or soccer environments (Little Kickers, Timbits Soccer, House Leagues, etc.) Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset Compensation: $19-27 per hour and bonus pay for soccer equipment transportation

The coach will lead engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2-14 and manage the transportation of sports equipment between various facility locations. They are responsible for maintaining a fun, safe, and energetic environment while providing feedback to parents.

Candidates must possess a full, valid driver's license and have experience working with children in a sports or coaching capacity. The role requires availability during weekday evenings and weekends, along with a high-energy, playful, and professional demeanor.
