We're seeking a Senior Manager to lead our global HR technology delivery team while serving as a talent amplifier who elevates team capabilities, drives transformational outcomes. This unique role blends hands-on technical delivery leadership with coaching, enablement, and business partnership —ensuring our team delivers world-class solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Dimensions, Phenom, and ServiceNow HR while continuously developing their skills from solution design through implementation while driving value with our stakeholders. You'll directly manage a team of functional engineers and partner closely with the HR Technology Portfolio Director and senior HR leaders to translate strategy into execution while building a high-performing, consultative team capable of solving complex business problems. Lead & Develop a Delivery Team Manage and coach a team of functional engineers, serving as a talent amplifier through mentoring, skill-building, and capability development Develop team members across the full delivery lifecycle—solution architecture, design, build, testing, go-lives, and change management Build a collaborative, psychologically safe culture that embraces continuous learning and innovation Drive capability uplift by showing best practices, jumping into the delivery to demonstrate how to complete effective best practices from design through build. Drive Delivery Excellence Own end-to-end delivery for implementations, enhancements, and integrations across our core HR technology platforms Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements and architect solutions that solve real business problems Ensure technical quality, system performance, data integrity, and compliance across all solutions Translate complex technical concepts into business value narratives for stakeholders at all levels Support management of core application vendors to drive effective partnerships Enable Transformation Partner with HR leaders to understand business process opportunities and challenges Provide solution mindset to create business tailored solutions to maximize impact and value Lead organizational change initiatives ensuring smooth technology transitions and high user adoption Lead planning through effective demand management, capacity planning and the creation of technology roadmaps Champion employee experience and user-centered design in all technology solutions Explore emerging technologies, AI/automation opportunities, and best practices to drive innovation Build strong vendor partnerships and serve as escalation point for critical issues What you’ll need to be successful. Technical Expertise 7-10 years HR technology experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Compensation) Working knowledge of UKG Dimensions, Phenom, ServiceNow HR, and integration patterns Proven full lifecycle implementation experience and understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data management SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) highly preferred Leadership & Coaching 3-5 years managing technical teams, with demonstrated success developing and coaching others Experience leading geographically distributed teams and building high-trust, collaborative cultures Track record as a talent amplifier who elevates team capabilities and creates growth opportunities Strategic & Business Acumen Deep understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions Experience in garnering trust with HR leaders Consultative mindset with ability to partner strategically while executing tactically Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting to executives and collaborating with technical teams Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or similarly complex global organizations preferred Core Competencies Develops talent and builds organizational capability Drives results while maintaining accountability and quality standards Embraces change and leads transformation initiatives Technology demand intake and delivery process oriented Builds collaborative partnerships across boundaries and cultures Champions customer focus and employee experience About McCain. CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
