We are helping our client identify experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys to support leading technology companies on project-based legal work. Client is an AI based Law Firm. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with strong experience in SaaS agreements, technology contracts, Data Protection, and commercial negotiations who are looking for flexible, independent work arrangements. The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and redlining commercial agreements while advising clients on legal risk and contract terms.
