Position:‍ Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can successfully manage civil, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, field-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. ‍Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from start-up to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasting. Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and site teams. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities. Review drawings, specifications, contracts and scope requirements. Monitor project productivity costs, and quality control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations. Attend project meetings and provide progress reporting to management and stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction. Experience in civil, industrial, municipal, or commercial construction preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in Procore is an asset. Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
