Are you a skilled Geotechnical Driller looking to grow your career with a company that supports development and hands‑on learning? We’re looking for motivated drillers who are ready to expand their skill set and contribute to a variety of challenging geotechnical projects. We are seeking candidates with experience in the following drilling methodologies and field activities: Geotechnical Heli Coring Mud Rotary Packer Testing SPTs (Standard Penetration Tests) Installations Sonic Drilling Key Responsibilities Monitor instruments such as pressure gauges, feed or weight indicators as well as observe the volume, colour and consistency of the returns from the hole. Employ various sampling techniques according to project and client requirements. Record keeping as required/requested by the client and or Company. Operate and troubleshoot drill and ancillary equipment, including, but not limited to; trucks, support vehicles, pumps, heaters, compressors, mud re-circulation systems, etc. Supervise Drill Assistant and the drill crew to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Ensure Driller Assistant maintains and organizes equipment, supplies and tooling for the drill rig and support vehicles. Professional Experience / Qualifications Must maintain and possess a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence. Have 3-5 years experience in geotechnical or environmental drilling. Have the mechanical ability to troubleshoot and repair small equipment. Complete and pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Key responsibilities include monitoring drilling instruments, employing various sampling techniques based on project needs, and accurately recording data as required by the client or company. The role also involves operating and troubleshooting drill and ancillary equipment while supervising the Drill Assistant to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and have 3-5 years of experience in geotechnical or environmental drilling, along with the mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair small equipment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test is mandatory.
