ServiceNow Service Catalogue Developer RESPONSIBILITIES: The Contractor’s resource(s) must enable efficient, user-friendly, and self-service capabilities within the ServiceNow platform including: • Delivering a centralized service catalogue. • Automating request fulfilment to reduce manual effort and errors. • Improve the end-user experience by making services accessible, intuitive, and fast. • Support organizational goals of digital transformation and process standardization. Tasks: a. Catalogue Item Development • Designing and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services) • Configure forms, variable and UI policies b. Workflow and Automation • Creating workflows and flows for request fulfilment • Setting up approvals, notifications, and task assignments c. Integration • Connecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory, etc) d. Administration • Managing catalogue categories, roles, and permissions • Maintaining catalogue structure and visibility rules e. Maintenance and Support • Troubleshooting catalogue issues • Updating items as business needs evolve DELIVERABLES • Fully configured catalogue items with forms, variable, and dynamic scripts; automated workflows or Flow Designer flows that handle approvals, notifications, and fulfilment tasks; integrations with external systems and supporting documentation. • Must be available for regular and ad hoc meetings with the end users

The developer will design and build centralized service catalogue items and automate request fulfillment workflows. They are also responsible for integrating the platform with external systems and maintaining catalogue structure and visibility.

The role requires expertise in configuring ServiceNow forms, variables, and UI policies. Candidates must be capable of creating automated workflows and managing integrations with systems like HR and Active Directory.
