Marketing Intern / Co-op Student Connect to the Core Part-time | Internship / Co-op | Remote Connect to the Core is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern / Co-op Student to support our digital marketing, content creation, and branding efforts. If you’re excited about social media content, podcast marketing, SEO, and design—and you want real-world experience in a communication and coaching company—this role is for you! 🔹 What You’ll Do Social Media Content Creation Brainstorm, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms Repurpose long-form content into short posts, reels, and stories Assist with social media calendars, planning, and basic analytics Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities Help optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines Support tracking and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console Podcast Marketing & Promotion Assist with marketing and promotion of podcast episodes Create social clips, audiograms, episode summaries, and titles Help with uploading, posting, and engaging audiences around episodes Design & Creative Projects Help design digital workbooks, worksheets, and other learning materials Create branded graphics for social media, email campaigns, and presentations Ensure visuals align with our brand look and feel 🔹 What We’re Looking For Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field Strong writing skills and a creative mindset Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Basic understanding of SEO (or willingness to learn) Comfortable with social media and trends Organized, proactive, and eager to learn Bonus: Experience with podcast production, editing, or audio tools is a plus 🔹 What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience across social media, SEO, podcast marketing, and design Portfolio-building projects you can showcase to future employers Mentorship and feedback in a supportive environment Flexible remote work arrangement Note: This is an unpaid internship / co-op opportunity. 🔹 How to Apply Please send your: Resume, and Cover letter (briefly explaining why you’re interested and how you can contribute) to [email protected] with the subject line: “Marketing Intern / Co-op Application – [Your Name]”
