Currently, we have an opportunity for a Drafting Technologist - Energy who has experience in the Legal Oil/Gas Survey sector and has the desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company. The Work: Drafting/calculations of well site, pipeline, dig site, as-built, and legal plans Creation of clean and professional-looking deliverables Ability to work with field crews and Project Leads to understand job scope and deliver professional products to Connexa's clients Quality Control of field data and calculations Understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system Ability to work unsupervised from home using CORE's virtual system What you bring to the table: Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to Connexa The desire for excellence in all that you do Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to liaise with clients and coworkers Creativity Experience with Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD Map A degree/diploma from a Technical College or University in Geomatics Five years of experience in legal oilfield surveys Experience with construction surveying would be an asset Experience working with Land Surveys If you feel that this is the right challenge for you, and you meet these qualifications, please respond by sending your resume and cover letter in Word or .pdf format to this ad.
