Construction Scheduling Analyst 2 – Airports, Energy & Infrastructure Build your construction scheduling career on complex projects. Join a collaborative scheduling team supporting aviation and other complex construction projects across the country. You will gain hands-on experience developing and updating schedules, reviewing design documents, and helping project teams understand construction sequencing, progress, and potential schedule impacts. The Opportunity As a Construction Project Scheduler Analyst 2, you will assist in preparing and developing construction schedules for aviation and other complex projects. You will work closely with Analyst 3s and Specialists to strengthen your proficiency in Primavera P6, design-document review, schedule logic, construction sequencing, and project phasing. This role is ideal for someone with early professional experience in construction scheduling who is ready to take on more technical responsibilities and develop greater independence. What You’ll Do Schedule development and technical support Assist in developing and updating construction schedules in Primavera P6 using Connico’s templates and standards. Enter durations, sequencing logic, constraints, milestones, and progress information with guidance from experienced schedulers. Build and adjust work breakdown structures, support baseline tracking, and help identify schedule variances. Gather quantity, cost, and resource information to support resource- and cost-loading, production rates, phasing plans, and risk-analysis inputs. Drawing review and sequencing clarification Review architectural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications to identify construction activities and sequencing requirements. Help identify potential logic conflicts, schedule impacts, or phasing challenges and communicate them to senior scheduling team members. Support the integration of estimating, constructability, and interdisciplinary project information into schedules. Schedule documentation and data organization Prepare schedule assumptions, milestone summaries, sequencing notes, visuals, reports, and other project documentation. Maintain accurate schedule data, version control, file organization, and supporting records. Team collaboration and continuous learning Participate in project meetings, schedule updates, reconciliation meetings, quality reviews, and occasional site visits. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned schedule work accurately and on time. Seek feedback and mentorship while continuing to build proficiency in Primavera P6, schedule logic, construction phasing, and Connico’s scheduling processes. What You Bring Required Experience 1-3 years of experience supporting construction scheduling. Proficiency using, or actively developing proficiency in, Primavera P6. Foundational understanding of schedule updates, activity logic, work breakdown structures, baseline tracking, and schedule variance identification. Ability to read and interpret basic architectural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in schedule data entry and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and clearly communicate questions, updates, and potential scheduling concerns. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Commitment to learning Connico’s processes, client standards, project requirements, and safety protocols.
