UI Engineer for Lending Tree

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the front-end components of our applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to create user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop responsive and efficient front-end components using modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript). Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize user interfaces for performance. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, following best practices in software development. Implement visual and interaction design specifications provided by UX/UI designers, and contribute to design decisions. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and debug UI issues, ensuring high-quality, smooth user experiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve the application interface. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and web services. Contribute to the testing of front-end code, including unit, integration, and UI testing. Maintain and improve UI components and frameworks to ensure scalability and usability. Required Qualifications 3+ years experience as a UI Engineer, Front-End Developer, or similar role. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive web design techniques. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS. Familiarity with build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Grunt). Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of design systems and component-based development. Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Experience with mobile-first and cross-platform development. Which company?
