Heating Air Conditioning Installation Technician

We are looking for experienced HVAC / Hydronic Installers who can take ownership of jobs, work independently with direction, and demonstrate leadership in the field. Responsibilities Install HVAC and hydronic systems including: Furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, Ductless Split systems Radiant heating & snow melt systems Mechanical rooms and piping Work independently from drawings and scope Coordinate with: Management Site teams Other trades Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues Maintain job progress and timelines Ensure high-quality workmanship 5–10+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics Strong knowledge of: Mechanical systems Installation best practices Ability to: Work independently Lead small crews when required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Problem-solving mindset Qualifications Gas license (G2/G1), Vaid Drivers License, Refrigeration Liscense an asset, ODP Compensation Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Benefits & Pension Overtime opportunities Advancement opportunities

The technician will install HVAC and hydronic systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and radiant heating systems. They will also troubleshoot daily site issues and maintain job progress and timelines.

Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience in HVAC and/or hydronics and possess a strong knowledge of mechanical systems. A gas license (G2/G1) and a valid driver's license are required, with a refrigeration license being an asset.
