What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” Proactively source applicants (active and passive) to fill open requisitions using a variety of tools and processes. Responsible for collaborating with business leaders to ensure efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies are developed based on the needs of the business. Assists in the job posting and advertisement process. Screening applicants and shortlisting qualified candidates. Scheduling of interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Report the progress on job vacancies on a regular basis, communicate with management team and provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process. Build strong relationships with the Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure process and procedures are being followed. Assists in interview process, attending and conducting interviews with business leaders and other stakeholders. Collaborates with hiring managers during the offer letter process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other details. Communicate with, and train managers on talent acquisition best practices, interview guides and legislative requirements. Ensure compliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations relating to employment standards, human rights, privacy legislation and employment equity. Work independently on special Talent Acquisition projects as assigned by TA Manager and/or business leaders. What You’ll Need High level of organization and time management skills. Excellent computer skills required (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Ability to consistently deliver high levels of service to hiring managers and candidates. Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency working with data analytics & reporting Proficiency in social media, with a strong command of platforms such as LinkedIn & Indeed. Requirements Diploma and/or certificate in related discipline is required, or related experience. At least 3 years of previous experience as a dedicated recruiter is required.
