The Role Reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing / Client Relations, the Associate Client Relations Manager is an entry-level developmental role designed for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in client relations within a co-manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced Client Relations professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting customer accounts, coordinating projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications * Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field is considered an asset but is not required. * Previous experience in manufacturing, project coordination, customer service, or client relations is considered an asset. * Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot is considered an asset. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude is considered an asset. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships. * Comfortable learning new systems, technologies, and processes.
