Production Optimization Manager

The Role As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Optimization Manager to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position. Reporting to the VP of Processing, the successful candidate will: * Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction for a enhanced operational/production staff. * Daily Measure of KPI's. * Recognize opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and increased productivity. * Ability to create and implement internal improvement projects. * Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. * Have excellent people management and communication skills to foster effective staff and organizational relationships. * Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements. * Will be required to work some weekends, and be on call. cooke-dnp The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience, above-average computer skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Experience or training in production is considered an asset, and the role requires flexibility to work some weekends and be on call.
