Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. The Role As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Supervisor to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday Day Shift position. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will: * Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to the operational/production staff. * Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met * Have excellent people management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships * Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills. Experience and/or training in production will be considered asset. Salary commensurate with experience which includes a competitive health and dental benefit package.
