The Role As a Relief Schubert Operator (OP2) at Ganong, is responsible for manually handling product or manually operating a machine to control the production process. They will lead production staff in the daily operations of the line to meet and exceed production schedules while adhering to quality standards in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Who You Are The ideal candidate for the Relief Schubert Operator (OP2) role should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and good mechanical aptitude. They must be proficient in completing paperwork, multi-tasking, and demonstrating good safety ethics and practices. Good communication and teamwork skills are also important for collaborating with colleagues and ensuring smooth operations.
